About Sponsorship and Support Projects

We are recruiting private companies and organizations who will provide sponsorship and support by incorporating products, ideas, expertise, services, and other resources held by the company or organization to more effectively and efficiently promote the appeal of Sakai, Osaka, in preparation for 2023 G7 Trade Ministers' Meeting in Osaka-Sakai

Recruitment Information

We are looking for private companies and organizations (sponsors/supporters) who can take on initiatives in one of the four categories below. See here for more detailed examples of initiatives.

1. PR/Promotion Sponsorship Category
   Sponsorship in PR/promotions, such as printing promotional materials and providing display locations and advertising frames.
2. Resident Event Sponsorship Category
   Sponsorship for events for residents related to the meeting, such as providing consumables and lending equipment.
3. Hospitality Category
   Sponsorship for preparing hospitality items for domestic and international visitors, such as PR goods and tote bags that help convey the appeal of Sakai and southern Osaka.
4. Organizer Initiative Support Category
   Support through organizing events and campaigns that help generate momentum for the G7 Osaka-Sakai Trade Ministers Meeting.

• Individual applications are not accepted.
• Separate discussions will be held on the methods of sponsorship for three of the categories (1-3).
